Tips & Shortcuts
Getting started
- Set “Who are you?” in the top bar first — it powers My Work, watching, comments, mentions and notifications.
- Create a Project from the dashboard, then add Epics and Sprints before filling the backlog.
- Use the Board view on User Stories or Issues to see everything grouped by status.
Working faster
- Change status directly from any list — no need to open the item.
- Mention someone with @Name in a comment to notify them.
- Save a filter combination on Stories or Issues as a View so you can jump back to it from Filters & Views.
- Share a story or issue into another project from its detail page — it shows up there with a “shared” badge, without moving it.
- Request approval from any story or issue detail page; approvers see it under Approvals and you'll be notified when they decide.
AI & Integrations
- Add an OpenAI key in Organization Settings to unlock AI acceptance-criteria and troubleshooting suggestions.
- Add a webhook under Integrations to notify Pabbly Connect, Slack, or any endpoint when items are created, updated, or approved.
